These Terms of Use govern the agreement made between you as a user and Oscar Furniture Limited, and they control your use of the products and services we offer to you through our website and applications (referred to as "Oscar Furniture Site", "Oscar Furniture" or "Oscar Furniture Platform"). This agreement also provides important information for you, including information about your obligations regarding your content, the limits of our liability to you, your agreement to resolve any disputes through individual arbitration, and your waiver of the right to participate in a class action lawsuit. Oscar Furniture Usage

• Termination of Service: Oscar Furniture Platform has the right to suspend your use of the site or terminate the service at any time and for any reason without sending you notice, or bearing any liability towards you; we may terminate your account on Oscar Furniture at any time and for any reason, including your violation of any of our site policies. Some terms and conditions agreed upon will remain in effect even after you terminate your use of the site.
• Purchase
  – If the order price exceeds 5000 Egyptian pounds, a deposit of 30% of the total order amount must be paid.
  – In case of modification in the sizes or colors of any product, a deposit of 50% of the total order amount must be paid.
  – To confirm the order a deposit amount equal to the shipping cost must be paid.

Acceptable Use

As part of Oscar Furniture's Terms of Use policy, you agree not to use the information or services or any part of the Oscar Furniture platform to take any action or actions that may: conflict with the public image of Oscar Furniture and its reputation promote any illegal activity or content, including but not limited to animal and child abuse, violence, and the illegal use of drugs and alcoholic beverages. Infringe copyright, trademark, patent, property rights, or privacy policies of Oscar Furniture or any third parties. Any explicit or implicit expression that shows that your data or activities or issues are approved by us without obtaining prior written consent from us in each case. Violate any applicable law, regulation, decree, or rule, or encourage any behavior that constitutes a criminal offense or civil liability. Interfere with, participate in, publish, or distribute unsolicited or disruptive emails, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other unwanted items or even commercial emails. Use any manual method or any web applications or bots or data retrieval or search applications, or even any automated or manual applications to retrieve or index data on the Oscar Furniture platform in any way to reproduce or reuse or invalidate the navigational structure or display format of the platform or its content or assets and its security measures. Forge the interface or manipulate other identifiers to conceal sources. Implement any form of monitoring or network analysis tool or any other technologies to intercept, decrypt, search, or display any of the messages between the Oscar Furniture platform servers, or other data not intended for you. Harvest or collect information about any visitor to the Oscar Furniture platform without obtaining their explicit consent or/and contain any reference to or resemblance to a specific third party, unless explicit consent has been obtained from those individuals or their parents/legal guardians if they are minors.

• Definition of Your Content: The Oscar Furniture platform allows you to publish materials, including but not limited to; images, personal photos, messages, and comments. You can also rate third-party service providers and their products and services. These objectives also specifically include the use of your content on the Oscar Furniture platform concerning the features and functions that Oscar Furniture offers to users to enable them to browse and interact with your content.
• Your Responsibility for Your Content: By publishing your content on the Oscar Furniture platform, you acknowledge and guarantee to us that you own the rights to this content, or that you have obtained all necessary licenses from any relevant parties to use your content in this manner. • Oscar for Furniture does not accept any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether occurring by chance or by a third party.
• Oscar Furniture excludes from its guarantees, terms, and conditions any financial losses, damage to reputation, and any special damages arising from your misuse or inability to use the site, and Oscar Furniture does not bear any responsibilities or claims in such cases.

Mobile Device Terms of Use If you access Oscar Furniture through your mobile device using the Oscar Furniture app, all terms of use in the agreement apply, in addition to the mobile privacy policy and the applicable legal notice or end-user license agreement, as the case may be. Furthermore, using the app confirms your acceptance of these terms of use.

Report violations of your intellectual property rights
