Payment and Delivery Policy – Oscar Furniture Company

At Oscar Furniture Company, we are committed to providing the best experience for our customers through clear policies that ensure easy payment and delivery, while maintaining the quality and safety of products upon delivery.

First: Payment Policy

  • Delivery within 10 to 15 business days
  • The payment method is determined before completing the purchase, whether by cash on delivery, electronic payment, or installment plans available according to current offers.
  • If choosing the installment plan, the customer must comply with the financing party’s terms as per the agreement made with the customer.
  • The customer must pay any additional delivery or installation fees – if any – according to the agreement before the service is executed.

Second: Receipt and Delivery Policy

  • The product is delivered to the customer’s home up to the second floor at most, provided that wide and suitable corridors and stairs are available for lifting, ensuring the product’s safety during delivery.
  • If suitable lifting conditions are not available or if the delivery address is on a floor higher than the second floor, the customer must provide a special crane to lift the products at their own expense.
  • The company’s responsibility is limited to delivering the product in its original factory condition, and it bears no technical or financial responsibility for the lifting process using the crane or any damages that may result.
  • The company can provide logistical assistance in organizing the lifting process, but without any direct or indirect responsibility for the execution.

Important Notes

  • The customer must ensure the product matches the required specifications upon receipt, as the company assumes no responsibility after the delivery team leaves the customer’s location.
  • If there is any visible problem or damage to the product during delivery, it must be reported immediately before the delivery team leaves.
  • Please coordinate the delivery appointment in advance to ensure timely receipt of the product.
