But the question remains:
Can you return the product after purchase?
Answer: ✅ Yes, but only in the following cases:

📦 Eligible Return Cases:

  1. There is a clear difference between the product description or its displayed appearance and the actual image.

  2. Receiving a color different from the one shown on the site.

  3. Receiving a product completely different from what was ordered.

  4. Difference in size or dimensions from what is mentioned on the site.

  5. Presence of manufacturing defects or damage in the product.

  6. Missing parts of the product (with the possibility to request the missing parts instead of returning).

📝 Return Conditions:

  1. Made-to-order products are ❌ not eligible for return when changing one’s mind.

  2. Ready-made products can be returned within 14 days provided that:

    • They are in their original condition and unused.

    • They are returned in the original packaging with all accessories.

    • The reason for return must be one of the eligible cases mentioned above.

  3. If the product was custom-made according to the customer’s request and is returned only due to a change of mind:

    • The customer bears the shipping cost.

    • A deduction of 20% of the total invoice as administrative fees will be applied.

  4. If payment was made by credit cards:

    • Funds will be returned within a maximum period of 14 working days.

  5. Custom orders (special color or sizes):

    • Require a 50% down payment.

    • In case of return (with special approval), the down payment is non-refundable.

  6. In case of cancellation of an order paid by credit card without an acceptable reason:

    • A deduction of 2% of the total order value will be applied as cancellation fees.
