First: Payment Policy

  • The payment method is determined before completing the purchase process, whether through cash on delivery, electronic payment, or available installment systems according to the current offers.
  • In the case of choosing the installment system, the terms of the financing entity must be adhered to according to the agreement made with the client.
  • The customer must pay any additional delivery or installation fees – if applicable – in accordance with the agreement before the service is performed.

Second: Delivery and Receipt Policy

  • The product is delivered to the customer's home up to the second floor, provided that there are wide and suitable corridors and stairs for the lifting process, ensuring the safety of the product during delivery.
  • In the event that suitable conditions for lifting are not available or if the delivery address is on a floor higher than the second floor, the customer must provide a special crane to lift the products at their own expense.
  • The company's responsibility is limited to delivering the product in its original condition from the factory, and it does not bear any technical or financial responsibility for the lifting process using the crane or any damages that may occur as a result.
  • The company can provide logistical assistance in organizing the lifting process, but without any direct or indirect liability for the execution.

Important Notes

  • The customer must ensure that the product matches the required specifications upon receipt, as the company bears no responsibility after the delivery team leaves the customer's location.
  • In case of any problem or visible damage to the product during delivery, it must be reported immediately before the delivery team leaves.
  • Please coordinate the delivery time in advance to ensure the product is received without delay.
