The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it, provided that it is in original condition inside the original packaging, and has not been opened or repackaged, if our inspection team proves that the product is defective.
In the event that the product does not match the specifications announced on the site (except for minor color differences due to screen calibration and different resolutions), the customer can request product replacement, a refund, or a credit notice, provided that they report within 14 days from the date of purchase and that the product has not been installed.

• Any broken frame or welds we will at the factory replace, repair or repaint the frame in the original color and pattern, if available, or in a similar style if the color is discontinued.

• Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, fire, shipping damage, and acts of nature (such as, for example, wind, extreme weather conditions
• Tanning oil or other chemicals, natural fading, damage to polyester fabric, scratching, chipping of finish, fading, weathering, staining or discoloration of furniture, accidental damage repair or modifications by the consumer are excluded from the warranty.
