The customer has 7 days to return the item if it is still in the original packaging, unopened/repackaged, and proven defective after confirmation by our inspection team.
If the product is not as per the dimensions or design on the website (color may vary depending on monitor calibration and resolution across different monitors), customer can claim for replacement/credit note/refund if informed within 7 days of purchase and it is not installed.

• Any broken frame or welds we will at the factory replace, repair or repaint the frame in the original color and pattern, if available, or in a similar style if the color is discontinued.

• Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, fire, shipping damage, and acts of nature (such as, for example, wind, extreme weather conditions
• Tanning oil or other chemicals, natural fading, damage to polyester fabric, scratching, chipping of finish, fading, weathering, staining or discoloration of furniture, accidental damage repair or modifications by the consumer are excluded from the warranty.
